I am also one that favors Dave Brown over Bob Probert, which is mainly because I saw him fight more than Probert when I was younger. But to take it a step further I would also consider Brown the scariest fighter, simply because he didn't seem to have complete control over his aggression. After many of his  fights that I have seen he displayed no expression on his face but his eyes made him look like he had been temporarily possessed by pure evil. I'd say if Dave Brown couldn't have made a living as an NHL enforcer, he probably would have ended up as a Serial Killer.  Cheesy

Top 10 Favorite Fighters

 1.  Dave Brown
 2.  Craig Berube
 3.  Chris Simon
 4.  Tony Twist
 5.  Randy McKay
 6.  Georges Laraque
 7.  Bob Probert
 8.  Dan Kordic
 9.  Shawn Antoski
10. Jay Miller

Yea there haven't been a lot of slugfests with year, but my two favorites from this year are Jim Vandermeer vs Josh Gratton and Eric Godard sending down big Derek Boogaard.

*I started a topic in the Hockey Chatter board on your favorite fights of the 2006-2007 hockey season so far, and keep this topic just about favorite fighters.

I don't have a top 10 but I really like Janssen. He gets this crazed look on his face, grabs the opponents jersey with his left hand and jabs at their face until he shakes off his right elbow pad. Its fun to watch.

I've always liked guys who can play well AND fight well. Cam Neely and Rick Tocchet come to mind.

the list with runner ups and everything else is pretty good. def. some stuff to talk about but how do you keep stan jonathan or for that matter Bobby Nystrom and Clark Gilles off your extended lists. Love Jonathan and hated Gilles and Nystrom but those 2 Islanders gave my boy Oreilly more beatings than a redheaded stepchild

By the way ShaneChurla belongs on no list above Cam Neely cept the skirt wearin list. neely gave him a pretty good ***** slapping   maybe not as good as the rematch on the same day that he gave Scott Kleinedorst who actually had the temerity to drop Neely like a bad habit. But following Announcer Sandersons prediction Neely took the number to the truck that hit him and destryed the truck
