VCR/VHS convert to clips help!

I have about 2-3 hours of NHL fight footage-some of it rare-on VHS tapes. I want to convert each individual fight to a file for storage on a external harddrive. I dont have a DVD burner on my labtop or DVD recorder. Anyone know someone here that provides that service? I only have these tapes, and I don't want to do this permantly! Thanks!
