New Downloads section added to forum

Another new addition to the forum is a Downloads section. You can find the link to the new Downloads section in the horizontal blue menu bar above. I'm not sure how I will use this but right now I will be trying out a few things and see how everyone uses it and if they like it or not. Only forum members who are logged in can access the Downloads section.
